• Stock is delivered and put away
• If necessary adjustments in minimum levels are made in the second month

Total Print Management (TPM)

What is it?

The TPM program was a program developed to simplify the management of a company's printer fleet. Laser printers (see models PDF) are covered under a blanket service agreement included in the cost of the toner cartridge. When you purchase supplies for your laser printers through the TPM program, we provide full service coverage including labour and parts required. No matter what the problem - jamming, multi-feeding, poor print quality, or a simple cleaning – our certified technicians repair the device under the TPM service agreement.
